Adolescent Therapy

Leveraging my extensive experience in school-based counseling across middle and high school settings, alongside my dedication to understanding my clients’ perspectives, I am well-prepared to offer tailored care and support for teens.

My therapeutic approach encompasses a range of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapies and art therapy. I focus on addressing concerns prevalent among teenagers, including navigating parental divorce, enhancing self-esteem, managing perfectionism, addressing behavioral issues, and tackling academic and social hurdles. My adolescent therapy services cater to individuals aged 13 and above.
